The Inception of Asquared Developments
Asquared Developments was born from a unique collaboration between two intertwined industries: architecture and construction. Our mission is to seamlessly blend visionary design with practicality. A father and son duo, Allan Ramon Nuñez, with over 30 years of construction experience, and Allan Enrique Nuñez, with 6 years in architecture, unite their expertise and creativity to partner with clients and consultants. Together, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality projects from concept design to final completion.

Allan R. Nuñez
Partner
Allan, a proud Hondureño, arrived in the United States at 24. Starting as a roofing contractor, he expanded into general contracting. He excels in critical thinking and meticulous project planning, always ready for contingencies. In 2008, the market crash created a new demand for home renovation and restoration.
With curiosity and strategic gathering of information, Allan positioned himself to buy and flip homes when the opportunity arose. Quality delivery is his passion, and his experience on the west coast has been enriched by learning from industry experts.

A proud Bull from the University of South Florida, Allan graduated with his Master of Architecture in 2015. Upon graduation, he started his professional career by moving to Seattle. He was selected to work with Olson Kundig, a prestigious architecture company recruiting talent from over 30 countries and all 50 states. After 2 years in Seattle, he moved to San Francisco to continue his growth at one of the Bay Area's most recognized firms, Esherisk, Homsey, Dodge, and Davis (EHDD).
Allan has experience designing residential and commercial, zoos, aquariums, urban parks, aquatic centers, and institutional projects. His experience with Revit and other 3D modeling software allows him to bring the client's vision to fruition. Delivering quality products is what Allan thrives on. After his stint on the West Coast learning from some of the great talents in the profession, Allan has recently moved back to the Tampa Bay area to pursue his dreams of establishing his own practice alongside his father.
